What are we doing to protect your students? More than you might think. The identities of both students and tutors are kept anonymous at all times. The tutor never learns the name of the student, and the student never learns the name of the tutor.

Sharing personal information through the console is prohibited. Any request for such information on the part of a tutor is cause for an immediate dismissal.

You might think we stop there. But we go much further.

we regularly monitor tutor-student sessions and subject tutors to dummy sessions where a member of our staff logs in as a student unbeknownst to the tutor.

Students only work with tutors from your own group

Students are only allowed to work with tutors who are assigned to the same group. The group leader approves all tutors and students, insuring that your group is kept safe.
